#Danielsdiet: Are you strong enough to do this?
Lagos is a busy place to live in but the worst of it, is the temptations to allow an unhealthy eating habit grow in you. In traffic, the only thing you would see, while you wait is; gala, La Casera,Coca Cola and many frizzy sodas. On the streets there are all the deep fried foods with enough oil to kill you liver, if it misses your heart. How often do one take an orange or eat freshly prepared salad?
I asked a friend who works on the Island, when was the last time he ate fresh fruit. He took a pretty long time to answer, to be honest he had not done so in a longtime. So if you feel strong a enough, i dare you to try #Danielsdiet, but as Nigerians we have to tweak it a bit (Nigerians are not good vegetarians).
For a week Challenge, you need to drink on a daily basis
* 2 litres of water minimum
* Take fruits twice a day
* Eat freshly made salad at least twice a week
* No Coke, 7Up or Beer (no carbonated drinks nor wine, spirits)
* no cakes , fried plantain (Dodo)nor akara
* Take fermented Drinks at least once; Yorgurt, Ogi, Kunu
* your budget is N3500( that is in naira)
* take a picture of yourself before and after a week of this diet. lets your comment. We need to know if it was really a challenge or easy breezy!
Follow Nigerians join this challenge and I am told you will see the difference on your skin and you health will definitely improved!
